A specialty coating protects pipes from further deterioration with concrete and/or metallic coating solutions. The specialized grout material is filled under pressure. When that pressure is applied, the injection ports force the material into the voids and force out the groundwater, which assists in stabilizing the surrounding soils and preventing water seepage.
Although injection grouting is not a structural repair, it is an effective water-stop for precast manholes and damaged sewer pipes.
